The following rules and regulations applying to water service supplied by Truckee Meadows Water Authority to its Customers have been approved by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Meadows Water Authority. Under the law of the State, the Authority is not permitted to supply service to any customer who does not comply with all of these regulations and no officer, inspector, solicitor, agent, or employee of the Authority has any authority to waive, alter, or amend in any respect these rules and regulations or any part thereof. In case of disagreement or dispute regarding the application of any provision of these Rules, the provisions in Rule 8, "Dispute Resolution", shall apply.
